I'm not entirely sure if I'm done working on this piece, but for now I am content with it.

The piece ended up developing into a supernova + coronal ejections occurring at the same moment. I had intended it to be a much larger, vertical piece, but I could not get it to work very well for me. I decided I would probably end up scraping this project and starting a new one, but I simply loved the star I had created too much to do that. So I simply expanded upon it and here you have it!

The name of the piece is Pulcherrima Ignis, which means most beautiful fire in Latin.
